1) How long does it take to confirm my ski lessons?

2) What is the snow cover like in Cervinia?
- Cervinia is at 2050Meters at the Village and we ski up to 3900 Meters. Cervinia has snow-making capabilities with a huge snow cannon infrastructure ensuring snow reliability. Zermatt is also very well situated with a northern exposure and terrain and is wonderful for lessons.

4) It’s raining….will my lesson go ahead?
- Yes. Your instructor will be there waiting for you whatever the weather. Remember, it may be raining in the centre of town, but it will be snowing on the mountain.

5) What about ski equipment hire?
- At Ski Pros Cervinia we work alongside the professional ski shops in town, guaranteeing the latest technology and equipment, expert fitting and advice all at a discounted price. We are happy to have ALL your equipment needs ready for you prior to your arrival. If you want to take advantage of this service please supply names, gender, age, shoe size, weight, height, skiing ability, dates of holiday 2 weeks prior to arrival. (Measurements in metric)

6) Where do I purchase my lift pass?
- Ski passes are bought from the ski area and in the many bureaus all over the area. The most convenient place is at the bottom of each base area. The cost of ski lessons does not include a lift pass. You must have a valid lift pass to profit to the maximum from your lesson. However, if you are a beginner, please check with your instructor as to the necessity of a lift pass on your first lesson. You will need a Photo ID or a ‘scan able’ photo (drivers licence or passport) for all lift passes over 3 days.

7) Where do I collect my tickets when I arrive in Cervinia?
- You don’t! We are an “On Line Ski School” and do not have a “staffed office”. We have built up a reputation based on trust, excellent service and reliability which has clients coming back year upon year. We work on a ‘trust and honour’ basis and we will confirm all lessons immediately.

8) Can I book on line?
- No. You’re not able to book your holiday on line on this site. Your holiday is confirmed via phone or e-mail which we believe enables us to offer you more choice, help, advice, options and flexibility to meet your individual holiday requirements.

9) A reservation without payment-Is that correct?
- Yes. Once confirmed via phone or e-mail your booking is guaranteed. We work on a “trust and honour” basis. Our word is our bond. This is why we have many returning clients.

10) Can I make a pre-reservation or reservation by phone?
- Yes – up to a year in advance from some of our clients wishing to guarantee the best service!

11) During the week my child decides they don’t want to continue with the lessons. Can I be refunded?
- No, In this case or if your child is ill we will make every genuine effort on your behalf to fill the time with another client. If this is possible we will happily refund you. If we can not fill the time then unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.

12) Do you have private ski lessons for toddlers and older children?
- Yes. For toddlers the lessons are given by a fully certified Independent Ski Instructor with the desire that your child discovers and enjoys sliding and skiing. This is an awareness experience. Your child will flourish with the ‘discovery’ aspect of their skiing experience. For older children our teaching is personalised, exclusive and comfortable learning that will help your child gain confidence and progress. Skiing is a fun experience for children and there are no testing/examination conditions. However, if you would like a ‘Certificate’ confirming participation this can be arranged. Please speak to the Ski Instructor.

13) Do you offer accommodation?
- No, but we have excellent contacts with hotels, lodges and chalets who can provide all types of accommodation to meet your needs.

14) Can we book ‘All day’ private lessons and ski tours to visit a different ski area during our Holiday?
- Yes, indeed we specialise in skiing tours and will ski guide you to a variety of different ski areas in the French, Swiss and Italian Alps. Most ski areas are only 1-2 hours driving from Cervinia . We strongly recommend this as a way to discover the beauty of the Alps. We at Ski Pros Cervinia will meet clients at an area of their choice. And don’t forget, we can also arrange the best in lodging too!

15) When does the ski season begin in Cervinia, november, december ?
- Do to the high altitude at Cervinia it’s usually possible to ski beginning november.

16) When does the ski season end in Cervinia, april, mai ?
- Ski season in Cervinia usually ends at the end of the month of april. But some years, with cold temperatures, it’s even possible to ski in mai.
